Enjoy easy access to the entire unit, with no stairs to navigate, and discover the beauty of the surrounding area from the unit's spacious balcony complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. The house is perched on a hill, which provides stunning views of the surrounding area. The backyard is a beautiful space for relaxation and entertainment, but please note that it's located at the end of a set of stairs consisting of three flights.
Inside, the unit offers the latest in technology, with top-of-the-line air conditioning equipment allowing for individualized temperature control in each room. Enjoy the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the unit's hardwood floors and comfortable L-shaped couch, perfect for snuggling up with loved ones or entertaining guests.
Create a culinary masterpiece in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and enjoy the open concept layout, perfect for making meals and entertaining at the same time. The bathrooms feature rainfall showers and the beds have Tempur-Pedic mattress toppers and pillows for the ultimate comfort and luxurious relaxation.
It's important to note that there is another unit below this rental unit, where our housekeepers reside. There are no shared spaces except for the outside staircase along the left side of the house.

- One-story home - no steps required for all rooms. However, there are steps leading down to the backyard if you choose to go there.
- Up to 6 guests. There are 2 King Size beds and 1 Queen size bed, each in a separate bedroom. One ensuite bathroom and one additional bathroom.

Summary: The house was perfect for 5 women (sisters) who came from CA, OR and WA. The house was clean, and situated in a good neighborhood.My only suggestion is to write clearly the instructions of how to use the heater, and to add a reclining chair in the living room.

Summary: A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. The view from the upper patio was beautiful. Only suggestion I would have is maybe a couple of standing fans for those of us that run a bit warmer while sleeping. If you want the heat on, you have to have all units on heat and even with it down to the lowest setting, a couple of us were still quite warm in bed without much airflow from the ceiling units. To be fair, we didn't contact anyone to request one, so they may have had them available.

Summary: Modern, comfortable, clean and secure guesthouse! 6 women first cousins enjoyed the lovely accommodations provided. The only drawback was the heating and cooling system. I would recommend this home to a small group.

Summary: We were in town for baseball games at T Mobile Park. Super easy to get to with little traffic. The house was super cute and clean and if I could have snuck one of the beds out of there, I would have, super comfy! This will definitely be the only place we stay from now on when we are in Seattle

Summary: Nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. We had easy access to the Ferry to Seattle. There were local stores for us to purchase food to prepare at the guest house. We would stay again when we return to Seattle in the future.
